On the ski slopes we enjoy speed but when it comes to enjoying food we prefer to take it slowly. In our Wine Bistro in Schladming we serve you delicious slow-food. Sustainable, quality produce from our region is very important for us. And you can taste it! Our kitchen crew put a lot of time and enthusiasm into preparing delicious meals for you.

And because “nomen est omen”, in our Wine Bistro in Schladming we serve you very special natural wines from selected wine-growers. Look forward to fine wines from Christian Tschida, Renner-Sistas, Judith Beck, Oggau Vineyard, Claus Preisinger or Matassa.

Winter: Wednesday – Sunday 15.00 – 23.00 h (the kitchen is open from 18.00 – 21.00 h)
Summer: Tuesday – Saturday 15.00 – 23.00 h (the kitchen is open from 18.00 – 21.00 h)
